Refunds

We offer a full service guarantee; that is, we’ll refund or re-clean your home if you’re not satisfied enough with our service to recommend us to a friend.

Appointment arrival times

While Tidy Home’s teams always aim to arrive on-time, road conditions and other unfortunate conditions do arise. As a result, Tidy Home’s cleaners may contact you within an hour of your appointment to notify you of any unforeseen delays. 

What we do not clean

Tidy Home does not offer steam cleaning, or carpet shampooing. Our flat-rate does not account for homes that are post-construction cleanings, hoarding homes, large party cleanup, or frat homes. For insurance reasons the cleaners cannot lift any objects heavier than 30 pounds. For our cleaners safety they cannot clean bodily fluids, mold, or other biohazards. The cleaners do not clean outside areas, fireplaces or the exterior of windows.

Resolving issues and negative reviews

Tidy Home requires 5 business days to resolve any and all issues that occur before leaving associated negative reviews on any public facing Tidy Home webpage (e.g. Google+, Yahoo Local, Yelp, Angie’s List). This cooldown period allows both Tidy Home and its client to work together to attempt to best resolve matters in a way that keeps relations in a positive standing.

Revisions and errata

The materials appearing on Tidy Home’s web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Tidy Home does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Tidy Home may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Tidy Home does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Existing damages

If the customer is notified of any damages before the cleaning finishes, any damage claims are void. Tidy Home will reimburse for damages in the form of refunding the cleaner to cover the cost of repair. Customers must provide images of damage of both before and after the cleaning along with proof that damages were caused at the time of the cleaning. All claims must be made within 24 hours of the cleaning.

Quality assurance

Tidy Home reserves the right to take photographs inside of the client’s home, on rare occasion, for quality assurance purposes, with the intent of internal use only.

Legal jurisdiction

Tidy Home operates in the jurisdiction of Tennessee. You agree to handle any legal action within Nashville, TN.
